Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions govern your booking and travel with Gangasagar Eco Tourism. By making a booking, you agree to accept and abide by the following terms.

1. Booking & Confirmations
A booking is confirmed only after receipt of the required advance payment and written confirmation from our team.
2. Payment Terms
Advance payment is required as per the package. The balance amount can be paid before tour start or as per the agreed terms.
3. Cancellation & Refund
Cancellation charges and refund policy will be as per our Cancellation Policy (as published on our website).
4. Rescheduling
Booking can be rescheduled as per our policy and subject to availability. Fare difference, if any, shall be payable by the guest.
5. Guest Responsibility
Guests must carry valid ID proof, follow the travel schedule, and adhere to instructions given by our tour manager.
6. Service & Itinerary
The itinerary, services, and timings may change due to weather, tide, operational or other unavoidable reasons.
7. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays, cancellations or service changes due to natural calamities, adverse weather, strikes, regulatory restrictions or other force majeure events.
8. General Terms
Our liability is limited to the cost of the booked services. By booking, you agree to comply with all applicable laws, local regulations and safety guidelines.
