Cancellation & Refund Policy
We understand that travel plans can change. Our Cancellation & Refund Policy is designed to be fair and transparent, with clear charges based on the time of cancellation before your scheduled arrival date.
Cancellation Charges

| 121 – 360 hours(6 – 15 days) | 30% |
| 361 – 720 hours(16 – 30 days) | 20% |

Important Conditions
- Part cancellation will not be allowed.
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing to contact@gangasagarecotourism.com.
- The cancellation time will be calculated based on the time of written request received by us.
Refund Process
The eligible refund amount will be transferred to your bank account within 4 to 5 working days after approval.
Special Periods – Nonrefundable
During X-mas, New Year and Gangasagar Mela (20 December to 17 January), payments are nonrefundable and no refund will be applicable.
Please Note:
- This policy applies to all tour packages, accommodation, ferry, car rental and other services booked through Gangasagar Eco Tourism.
